The Team

Sigil Stone Publishing has forged an excellent team of dedicated, talented people to bring its first project to life.

Design

Forge of Valor was principally conceptualized and designed by Ben Dutter. Ben has been tinkering with role-playing games for nearly twenty years, and has been actively developing Forge of Valor for the last two.

There have been innumerable contributors to Forge of Valor’s design over the years, each playing a significant role in its development and playability.

Art

Keith Seymour is heading up the art and design of the project. Keith is an established fantasy concept artist, and has been working with Ben on the concept stages of Forge of Valor for the last year.

Ben and Keith feel that a single, unified artistic concept is a crucial part of an immersive experience, therefore Keith is planned to execute all of the beautiful full color art in the final book.

Layout

Forge of Valor’s layout will be executed by Tiara Lynn Agresta, an experienced and highly skilled layout editor with years of experience in the RPG industry. Her works include the Smallville RPG, Pathfinder Razor Coast, and many others.

Tiara Lynn’s eye for clarity, a functional product, and graphical talents will ensure that the book is legible, organized, and easy to comprehend.

Editing

Joshua Yearsley is taking on the editing duties for the project, trimming down any unnecessary excess or fluff from the manuscript. Not simply a copy editor, Josh is an integral part of the design team and guarantees a clean and smooth read.

Playtesting

No RPG should ever get to market without thorough playtesting. Forge of Valor has had extensive internal and external testing, one-shot events, long-spanning campaigns, and in a variety of sub-genres within Fantasy.

Special thanks goes out to our core group of dedicated playtest and design contributors: Seth Dutter, Derek Dozier, Greg Ventura, Matthew Hacker, Matthew Wilson, Alan Meddley, Zandy Powlesland, Jason Germino, and Andrew Taylor.

      Hi Dan!

I would have loved to host a Q&A, although I just canceled the Kickstarter this morning. I’ll get in touch with you when we are ready to begin promoting again. Thanks so much for your offer.
